[imp] demo doesn't always work

I'm attempting to log in to several IMAPS servers using the IMP demo at
http://demo.horde.org/stable/horde/imp/login.php
but it doesn't work very well. Sometimes it works, but usually I get the
error:
"Login failed for some reason. Most likely your username or password was
entered incorrectly."
This is not the case - username and password *are* entered correctly! I am
able to connect to my IMAPS servers from other email software just fine; is
there something I need to do to get them to accept logins from IMP?
