Possible. You have to install Qmail+Vpopmail and Courier IMAP. Combination
of these three will give the flexibility of having user@domain1.com and
user@domain2.com in the same machine and of course they will be able to
login with IMP as user@domain1.com and user@domain2.com without choosing the
server from the pull down menu (in fact the pull down menu is not needed at
all). It's an implemented solution that I am running in my network.

You can let the users choose the domain they belong to (of course, setting
up a
proper virtusertable). Read the FAQ
