[imp] Upgrading from 3.0 to 3.1

Hey all,

I'm about to upgrade from IMP 3.0 to 3.1. I'd rather not loose my 
configurations and such. What's the best way to go about the upgrade?

The docs/INSTALL file doesn't mention upgrade issues at all.
