[imp] Sieve app gets made more usable...

OK... I just played a bit with this and noticed something strange (a
bug..??)

If I switch from "All of the following" to "Any of the following",
then I have to selcte "All of the following" Again to get the page to
reload, when it reloads, it will have "Any of the following" selected.

This is with the IMP rule on EI 6.0.2600.000 on Win2000
