[imp] Folder.php hanging?

Greetings-

  I'm having an interesting issue with a loop that appears to be related to
either Folders.php or Tree.php directly. Apache kills CPU, and I wind up
restarting the server as the process seems to bind. I have another comrade with
the same issue. Is this a known problem (maybe the NOOP thing)?

I'm running current versions of both Horde and IMP.

Although I've looked into CVS, I'm kind of achy about the dependencies, so I
didn't bother swapping it out til I have more info.

Please advise!
