[imp] Inbox not showing messages upon login

I just installed IMP 3.1. I have 3.0 installed on another machine and
that is running fine. I did notice the config files are a little
different, so maybe I have just missed something here.

The problem is that upon logging in, The inbox is always shown as empty,
until I click the inbox icon. Is there a way to make it show all
messages as soon as I am logged in, rather than having to press the
inbox icon?
