[imp] language changes not taking effect IMP-cvs-4.0

Hi,

Help menus display the chosen language, but the rest of IMP does not, it 
defaults to english.  Horde/IMP is running on Solaris 8 with php-4.2.2. 
 Any ideas, is it a configuration error?  or maybe something with system 
itself?

I have the same cvs files on a linux server and language changes are 
working normally....:)
