In IMAP, Inbox is a special name that has the same meaning in any
combination of upper and lower case. The server determines what
file(s) to access when asked for inbox. Inbox is the default
place where new mail goes (i.e. if the user has not customized
delivery to go to other files). The client just asks for Inbox,
and the server must know whether to open /var/spool/mail/user,
~user/mbox, ~user/INBOX, or whatever it really is.
