[imp] PGP signed message doesn't display properly.

Just add this content type to the 'handles' array of the text mime driver in
imp/config/mime_drivers.php.
It should look like:
$mime_drivers['imp']['text']['handles'] = array(
    'text/plain', 'message/delivery-status', 
    'text/rfc822-headers', 'application/pgp');
