[imp] login/logout problems

I just setup horde/imp both are latest versions. When I try and login it 
goes to a blank white page it goes to the redirect.php page. if I view 
sorce of the page this is what I get.    using IE 6. also tried opera.. 
same results. now if I click on reload. then the page will display what 
should come up (IMP). if I click on logout. I get a blank page. reload does 
nothing. It doesn't return to the start page. What should I try next? Don
