[imp] Bug with angled quotes + attachments.

Also ANGLED APOSTROPHE e.g. ’ causes the same behavior.

I'm sure there are other such characters too, i've heard rumors of certain 
dashes also.

Again, this is only in IE and only when an attachment is also involved.
