Thanks for the reply,

I've tried your configuration and now I don't have any connection problem
but when I search for a name or alias there is no response, like the list is
empty. I think that I'm using wrong parameter in cn , ou or o. The release
of Exchange I'm using is 2000 SP2 in Italian Language and I don't know how
to find the parameters of cn, ou and o. I know it's a stupid question but
it's one of the firs time I'm using a Microsoft mail server ( I prefer
unix/linux ).
I hope you can help me.
