[imp] specific customization question

I now have a lead-in page for Horde that instructs newbies to setup
their personal info, then links to the Horde login page.
What I would rather do is to put the instructions on the login page
itself.

I did manage to change the "Welcome to" banner and the title stuff on
my own, but am having trouble with the login template...

Is this specific enough ?
