[imp] CVS RELENG: Internet Explorer download attachment problems

It seems that download attachment is broken with Internet Explorer when
using the latest CVS RELENG version. This bug/feature seems to
affect only users with Internet Explorer other browsers work quite nicely.

Has there been any major changes in the MIME class that may have broken
download attachment with IE?
How should I continue debuging this?
