[imp] Filter rules are not applied at logon

Hello everyone,

I have IMP3.1 and Horde2.1 and I notice that even after selecting checkbox
to apply rules at logon, the rules are never applied at logon.

Thanks for your help

I saw some mention of this problem in imp's list but did not see or
understood any solutions.
