[imp] upgrade to IMP 3.1

Hello,

I tried to upgrade our IMP to version 3.1. Unfortunately it does not
work at all. I get the login screen, but when i hit the login button, I
get the following error messages:

What changed for the horde directory in which this Maintenance.php file
stays?
Can anyone help me?
