If my memory is correct, you  can set the sent-mail folder for each identity.
So simply create two (or more) identities (IMP, Options, Personal Information,
Edit your Identities), and set the sent-mail folders seperately for each.
Then, select the correct identity when sending the message, and it will be
filed in the right place.
