[imp] RH 7.1 / PHP4.2.3/HORDE2.1/IMP3.1 Install

Hi -

Andrew and I have been attempting to install the PHP/HORDE/IMP
sequence on our RedHat 7.1 system, but are still getting logon errors:
"HORDE [emergency] [imp] DB_Error: connect failed: [nativcode=Can't connect 
to MySQL server on '..domain name.. (110]] ... [on line 102 of ... sql.php]"

Most likely it is a misconfiguration.  We have been unable to  find any
definitive documentation on the INSTALL or the CONFIGURATION
of IMP for a POP3 environment.

Will someone please direct us to some comprehensive documentation
on the installation of IMP 3.1?  If this has been answered before, can
you tell us when (or where in the archives) we should look.  Is there a
mechanism to search the IMP email archives?
