[imp] Feature Request: Move IMAP folders

To qualify this a bit more, 

Running Cyrus and HORDE 2.1, IMP 3.1... when "renaming" a folder... it gives you
the full path to that folder with '.'s as separators.  It is possible to _MOVE_
folders by altering it's path to an existing parent mailbox, but this should be
considered more of a bug with Cyrus/IMP than a feature.  

e.g.:

PEOPLE.test_folder
(rename to:)
USERS.test_folder

Result, physically moves the folder. If USERS doesn't exist however it creates
it  (i think), but IMP can't deal with it, can't delete it, can't subscribe to it.

Personally I like that approach, but our users will faint at the complexity.
