[imp] Configured IMP - but Inbox Is Empty

I think I am getting closer to this.
I found a syntax error in horde.php that was corrupting the session_name. I
fixed that and I was able to log in (http://www.myserver.com/horde)
I see one line with the word Inbox and a number next to it indicating the
number of messages. In my case, its 4.
But if I click on Inbox ... it goes to another screen (mailbox.php?) but
shows 0 messages, even though the prior screen indicated 4 messages.
Any clues?
Max
