[imp] bug of move a message

   I meeted a problem in using IMP: when I moved some message
in a mailbox which is near the quota limit. I got the error:
"over quota". Later I found that in IMP the way to implement
move was to copy first then expunge it. Of course it will  cause
the "over quota" problem. Is there any way to avoid the "over
quota"?
