[imp] japanese mails not displayed correctly

The problem is, that htmlspecialchars() that we need to pass the message
through, isn't multibyte safe, at least not for all multibyte charsets.

There's currently nothing we can do about. There's already been a thread on
this problem that you should be able to find in the mailing list archive.
