[imp] sending e-mail or not really

I can send e-mail from imp, sometimes it will work fine, but most of the
times it will not send the subject or the body. I have checked to make
sure that file uploads was on and safe mode was off in php.ini file. The
only thing I am getting in these e-mails consistently is the "This mail
sent through IMP: http://horde.org/imp/" signature. Any help on this
matter would be greatly appreciated.
