[imp] Configuring IMP

I just did that, and indeed, when I go to
     http://newwebmail.gvea.com/horde/imp/
it automatically invokes 
     http://newwebmail.gvea.com/horde/imp/index.php

But I still have the same underlying problem.  When I type in the
login information into the login screen, I get a page called
     http://newwebmail.gvea.com/horde/imp/redirect.php
and it's blank.  I'm not able to get to my email using IMP.
