[imp] Languages, folders and Deleting email !

Hi all.
I'm trying to set up imp, horde and turba
(imp-3.1,horde-2.1,turba-1.1)
and I can't.

1 ) Delete email.

I tried to search for 'thismailbox' on imp/config but was unsuccessful.

2 ) Set my preferred language
3 ) Create mail folders ( I supposed I have to use IMAP to do it )

Do you have any pointers ?
