[imp] Announce: New Installation guide: IMP 3.1 on RedHat 7.3

Hi people,
a new version of the IMP Installation guide is online:
http://www.geocities.com/oliversl/imp/index.html

It covers a simple installation of IMP 3.1 on RedHat 7.3
The focus of the guide is: "follow the steps, and it will work"

I also ported the html as much as posible to CSS2.
Look at the links seccion for the old "IMP 3.0 on RH 7.2" guide.

Any feedback is always welcome! :-)
