[imp] Adding button next to 'Apply Filters'

I use Spamassassin on my mail server to kill spam. Each user has their own 
settings stored in a MySQL database which Spamassassin reads, these preferences 
can be maintained via a php script which I have up and running. What I would 
like to do is to add a button on the heading of the mailbox list next to 
the 'refresh' and 'apply filters' button which will open up the spam 
maintenance php dialog. How can I acheive this? I am pretty new to php and 
horde.
