[imp] New Language

I've translated the .po and the .xml files for a new language (Cathalan
- ca_Ca).
Even when I've included it into my preferences and optional languages,
when I select it the login information is asked in English and,
afterwards, all titles are shown un Spanish (the file I chose to
translate).
Any help?
