[imp] Spellcheck - problem with 'Ignore all' (CVS)

I have a problem with the 'Ignore all' option when using the spell 
checker. Essentially, it doesn't. Anything that I check the 'Ignore all' 
radio button for just keeps on coming back. It doesn't even ignore that 
one instance, let alone any others.

I'm using aspell.

I also notice that my /tmp directory is littered with files with names 
beginning 'spell' that are messages I've spell checked. Do they get 
cleaned up at some point?
