[imp] Imp 3.1 - attachment downloading problem with windows mozilla

It seems that at least on Windows XP (probably others too), Mozilla/Gecko 
based browsers, at least Phoenix 0.4, K-Meleon 0.7, Mozilla 1.1 and 
Netscape 7 save attachments as .php files.

I fixed this by adding imp 2.2.x style links with fake path included after 
view.php, like view.php/file.name?... in lib/IMP.php function partSummary.

The bug is in both cvs RELENG and 3.1.
