[imp] Large File Size Attachment Problem!

Hi,
 
We have installed Horde 2.1 with IMP 3.1 onto our RedHat Linux 7.3 server
with 
Apache 1.3.23-14 and PHP 4.1.2-7.3.4. Every runs smoothly except that when I

attache large file. I got error message prompt and the attachements could not 
be sent.

I did tried to increase the upload_max_filesize=5M, memory_limit=48M and 
post_max_size=48M. The situation improved a little and I can only send file

with attahcment upto 3MB. 

Any further suggestions?
