AFAIK, this support is only in CVS HEAD, so I assume you are running that?
If so, did you check out the help file?

If you're asking how to create a certificate, the help file won't cover that
but it will at least tell you what format you need, and how to import it.

If you don't have a certificate, I recommend getting a free mail cert
from www.thawte.com myself...
