[imp] Including imp/config/conf.php

Hi,
I want to include the file imp/config/conf.php in a
custom php app I'm developing.

I wanted to know where in IMP is conf.php included?

I get this error:
Fatal error: Call to a member function on a non-object
in this line:
$conf['mailbox']['deleted_flag'] = Horde::img('deleted.gif', 'alt="' . _("Deleted") . '"');

I made a subclass of Horde and still can't call Horde::img.
