[imp] Attachment Size.

Hi,

I have installed Horde Framework & IMP 3.1 successfully in RedHat 8.0 with
Apache 2.0.40 & php 4.2.2.  The only problem that while composing the email my
attachment limit is just 512Kb.  I have tried & increased the values of
upload_max_filesize, etc in php.ini.  

Pls. let me know the way to increase the attachment size to 2Mb.
