[imp] where to download pear?

Hi guys,

I've searched and searched and the newest packages with all the pear
stuff, that's not with php-4.2.3 is the one on horde.org - v4.1.0.

When I install that in /usr/share/pear - horde/test.php complains that
mail_mime is missing - actually I found out it just checks for a file
called mimeDecode which isn't there - and it also says that my pear
version is too old. atleast now I have the Log/* class.

Where do I get the best version of Pear for use with horde.org projects?
