[imp] IMP config

BlankHi All,

I set up my horde and IMP but get errors when I try to log in http://www.vivenet.com/horde/imp/login/php
and also when I check the IMP config, http://www.vivenet.com/horde/imp/index.php   but the files it says are missing are there..

Any ideas??
