I believe the reason that it isn't in the release/stable branch is because
it depends on the CVS HEAD version of Horde.  So you would first need to
upgrade Horde, then IMP.

You can download the individual files and copy them by hand, but it is
going to be very painful as there are a lot of files to update in Horde.

A better solution is to get a machine (windows, linux, bsd, etc), install
CVS on it, do a CVS checkout of Horde/IMP, then ftp (or whatever) those
files to your server.
