[imp] UTC timestamp

hello,

i have rh7.3, with the php 4.1.2 imp 3.1, and horde 2.0.  Everything
works well...however the time stamp of new email that arrives is in
UTC not the local GMT time of the server.  Is there anyway to change
this so that IMP presents time and dates based on the local server
time?
