[imp] Failed opening required 'PEAR.php'

Hi,

I looked through some docs, and the archive: but could find nothing:

"Fatal error: Failed opening required 'PEAR.php' (include_path='') in 
/home/httpd/html/horde/lib/Registry.php on line 4"

I am using php-4.1.2-0horde1, horde-2.1-3, postgresql-7.1.3 and qmail.

- This is obviously some pear thing, but am I missing a pear package or 
something?
