[imp] IMP 3.1 and e-mail addresses

Hi,

Is there any way to stop horde-2.1/imp-3.1 from converting an e-mail
address that's in format:

a@b

...into:

"" <a@b>

I'd very much like to get rid of those empty quotes in e-mail addresses
sent from an IMP system.
