[imp] bounce in IMP

Hi all,

I thought there was a bounce function in the old IMP.

Is it possible to get the bounce functionality in IMP? Some mail I just want to 
have bounced.

At this moment I don't have the experience to do this but maybe it is an 
interesting feature that gets through.
