[imp] unable to access "sent mail" folder

I would like to ask you for support on the following question:

1) the disk quota for "sent mail" is exceeded (110%)

2) the folder "sent mail" cannot be accessed anymore and is no longer listed 
anywhere, possibly since the installation of the new IMP webmail version by the 
system administrators, and can therefore not be emptied.

3)--> What is to be done to resolve this?
