[imp] Turba blank contacts.php window in imp

Finally have horde/imp/turba ALMOST working.  I find this problem to be
fairly strange and haven't the foggiest idea why turba refuses to work
fully.  Once logged in, in horde or imp i can click on address book and
add/edit/etc. perfectly.  Now if i compose a message with imp and click
address book i get a blank html window (contacts.php from imp is rendering
a blank page)  Has anyone experienced this problem and if so what is the
fix?
