[imp] Problems with language setting

Hello,

today we configured our Horde Framework with the whole language support 
on our solaris 8.

The first problem was, that the files for solaris 7 mentioned in the faq 
and horde/po/README are not the same for solaris 8! So we couldn't find 
any packages that were called "SUNWploc"/"SUNWploc1" - we had to install 
language support with the packages
SUNWweuos - Western Europe OS Support
SUNWweuox - Western Europe 64-bit OS support
SUNWceuos - Central Europe OS support
SUNWceuox - Central Europe 64-bit OS support
SUNWneuos - Northern Europe OS support
SUNWneuox - Northern Europe 64-bit OS support
SUNWeeuos - Eastern Europe OS support
SUNWeeuox - Eastern Europe 64-bit OS support

The second problem still appears. Every language is working excepting 
German and Norsk. You can see it here: http://webmail.ira.uka.de
(We already disabled Norsk in horde/config/lang.php)

We followed the steps that were mentioned in the papers ("make" in every 
  po directory). It's a bit confusing because it's just these two 
languages that do not work, and even more confusing, that German is 
working in kronolith.
We didn't get any error messages, just some warnings which were the same 
for every locale ...

Any hints?!
