HORDE [emergency] [imp] DB Error: insufficient permissions

Well see that'e the wierd part... I can log in manually fine so that's why I'm
perplexed. Maybe I'll start over with the dist copy and see if maybe there's
something fat fingered in the file. Has anyone else had this problem ????
