Tried it and all of these ...

    'folders' => 'INBOX.',
    'namespace' => 'INBOX',

    'folders' => 'INBOX.',
    'namespace' => 'INBOX.',

    'namespace' => 'INBOX.',

and if just is really stubborn :-) .. I have been digging through the
code for awhile ... we are using Courier Imap if that helps.
