[imp] Mysql Problems: nothing writen in table

Hello List,
 
i am using IMP 3.1, but i cannot save Preferences. 
 
HORDE [notice] [imp] Failed retrieving prefs for web1p1@microflash.de
[on line 267 of "/home/u34186719/horde/lib/Prefs/sql.php"]

is the error message.
But TURBA can write into the table, but in horde_pref, there is just 1
entry, and it seems so that HORDE cannot write into the table. 
 
Does anyone know what to do?
