[imp] messages not displayed

Hi,
I have two FreeBSD 4.7-STABLE systems both running:

horde-2.1_2
imp-3.1_2
mod_php4-4.2.3
php4-4.2.3
pear-4.2.3
pear-Console_Getopt-1.0
pear-File-1.0.2
pear-Log-1.5
pear-Mail_Mime-1.2.1
pear-Net_Sieve-0.8.1
pear-Net_Socket-1.0.1
pear-PEAR-1.0.1
pear-install-4.2.3
cclient-2002,1

However on one server I can display certain messages on the other I can't. It 
shows everything including the subject but then it show a single blank line 
where the message should be followed by the bottom button line, no attachments 
or signs of the message.
I have compared the options line by line, they both use the same MySQL server 
and mailserver, I'm running out of ideas, does anyone else have some?
