[imp] IMP Don't Save Preferences

I have a problem, in my logs appear: 
HORDE [notice] [imp] Failed retriving pref for ergol@mydomain.com [on line 267 of /var/www/html/horde/lib/Prefs/sql.php"] 
It's very important for me, save user preferences. 
I use mysql on this form: 
mysql < mysql_create.sql 
mysql -h localhost -D horde -u horde -p 
The result is connection successfully 
I need do it same for prefs.sql ?? 
mysql < prefs.sql ???
