[imp] Compose windows & accessKey problem ?

Hi all:
I am Chinese user(Traditional Chinese),and used horde + cvs, apache 1.3.26 + 
php 4.3RC4 + IMAP 2001a

My problem was : In IMP compose window ,Some Chinese words display with 
accessKey but some are not. see screenshot

Any body knows how to disable accessKey display in compose windows ?-------------- next part --------------
